What we collect
When you contact us we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, location, details of the job and any photos.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote, carry out and invoice the work, and keep the records the law requires. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legal obligations.
Who sees it
Only us, and the services that run our website form and email (Netlify and Microsoft). We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
