Belmont shot blasts and repaints construction plant and machinery at our 23-metre unit near Burton upon Trent. That covers JCB and digger buckets and attachments, dumpers, rollers, trailers, tipper bodies, chassis and fabricated parts. Big plant can be done on site.
Typical plant work
- JCB, excavator and loader buckets
- Breakers, grabs and attachments
- Dumpers and rollers
- Plant and low-loader trailers
- Tipper bodies and skips
- Lorry and van chassis
- Fabricated frames and brackets
- Steel containers and welfare units
A blast and repaint takes years off a machine. For plant hire and dealers, that means better resale value. For owner-operators, it means rust stopped before it eats through.
Finishes
We prime and topcoat in industrial paint for heavy wear, or powder coat smaller parts. Tell us the colour, whether that's a manufacturer yellow or your company colours.

Frequently asked questions
Can you blast a whole JCB or digger?
Yes, on site or at our yard depending on size. Many customers bring buckets and attachments in separately, which is quicker and cheaper. Send photos and we'll suggest the best approach.
Do you paint plant in manufacturer colours?
Yes. Give us the colour reference or a sample and we'll match it, or use your company colours.
Can you collect plant from us?
For larger items, ask about collection when you request a quote and we'll tell you what we can arrange.
We blast our own small parts. Can you do the big stuff?
That's exactly where we help: whole machines, long trailers and anything too big for a standard booth. Our unit is 23 metres long and 7 metres high.
